About Me
Smoked for 30 years. Finally successful in quitting for good on May 21 2007. I have a daughter who graduated high school this year. I was diagnosed with Very Severe COPD in September 2007. My fev1 is at 16%. I've named my portable oxygen tank "Myron". My portable concentrator is "Ruby". I work as a bookkeeper/office manager for a small manufacturing company. I've decided that my life started again in Sept and I will reinvent myself from that point on. No more going back, no shoulda , woulda , coulda's. I was officially listed for lung transplant on Aug 14, 2008.

Don't use Face book much as I expect you've probably guessed, IM more into DS, seem to use FB for just checking on my little sis in OZ to see if shes OK when I haven't heard from her in a while. Im not a FB fan , sorry to say.
any news though please let me know, I do hope that call comes soon, the waiting is so hard.

You too Patti. Finally put in all my paperwork for disability Friday. They said because I kept working it would not be until May before I became eligible and the decision would be made around Mar-Apr. That sucks. Last day of work was 10/1/09 and haven't missed it a minute.
