I love racoons. It wierd, but my grandfather hunted them, except for the ones in the woods behind his house.
He'd put out corn cobs, dog food, and such for the little buggers. (usually in the winter when pickings are sparse) I love watching them and they are very curious. Possibly why some people think they are mean because if frightened, they will attempt to defend themselves of course!

OMG Johnna! Those things can be mean and rabid! Well, good thing he just wanted to admire your pedicure. I have to admit, it is kind of cute.
