Hi Norma, Thanks a lot for your nice message. It's good to know there are people out there who have been through the same thing and come out the other end! Had my 3rd chemo yesterday and feeling not too bad today but know that it will hit me tomorrow and I'll be washed out for the next few days. Hope you are well and doing okay xxx

It is just pain but add that to having chores and business to deal with it has left me little time for DS but I at least come on daily to check for prayer requests.

- ABVD Working / Worked
- The ABVD worked for me, had to stop the Bleo and Vinblastine due to sore fingers, but got back to normal after a while and finished the ABVD I used to be very hyper after treatment but after two days I would sleep like crazy, it wasnt too bad as I had good nurses and doctors hopefully it will stay away...

Close Lymphedema
after having surgery to my groin and being diagnosed with Hodgkins, I got Lymphedema in my left leg and foot, its very bothersome and does depress me from time to time, I presently been treated for this by having Manual Lymph Drainage once a week, any advice would be appreciated as how to live with this ailment, thanks in advance ....

- Have the wrapping done it seems ok when its on its when I take it off that the swelling doesnt seem to have gone down much....i live in hope
Open Caring For Aging Parents
Hello I care for mom who is 83 and has health problems, arrythmia, arthritis, etc all which are being treated also my father who is 80 this year, I have one brother who is working away from here but visits when he can. I love my parents dearly but there are times when things get a little too much for me as I had illness myself I am in remission from Hodgkins but have severe Lymphodema in one leg due to the cancer surgery. I lost my young friend Oisin in June 2007, he passed away suddenly, he was the light of m life he used to visit me each weekend, life for me is not the same never will be, I cry most every day & night,the lonliness is horrible, I miss him so so much ;(
