Close Endometriosis
Treatments
- Surgery Working / Worked
- My last surgery was a laparoscopic surgery. I had this to remove endo that came back....it was in various places and we are hoping removing it will help us get pregnant...this was back in April of this year. I previously had surgery 3 years prior to removed one ovary b/c of endo, the other one is ok and seems to be functioning. Prior to endo I had a large fibroid removed three year before my ovary, that surgery was successful and I have not had any problems since then, with fibroids.
Close Infertility
Type: EndometriosisI have endo, we started letting it happen in Oct. of '06 and by March of '07 started consciously trying.
Treatments
- Basal Thermometer Not Working
- I found this more frustrating than anything and we were not successful....it stressed me out....
- Folic Acid Working / Worked
- Still taking it and hoping it helps!
- HSG (Hysterosalpingography) Somewhat Helpful
- Everything looked clear so I hope it helps us this month!
- Hysteroscopy Somewhat Helpful
- Had this in April to remove a polyp and endo everything seems ok!
- Ovulation Predictor Kit Working / Worked
- Have tried the regular sticks....no luck...we just bought a digital test...keeping our fingers crossed
Open Pregnancy
My husband and I started trying in Oct. of '06 we got serious about trying in March of '07 and then Feb 1st '08 we got a positive test!!! Our son was born permaturely in July but has done amazing and is now 6 months old and doing great!!!

Open Parenting Newborns & Infants (0-1)
My son was born July 27, 2008 he was 11 1/2 weeks early he was 3lbs 7oz which is good for that early but still needless to say we had a very scary start but he is doing amazing now, he just had his 6 month birthday is just over 17 lbs!
