Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI have battled with depression all my life which escalated out of control for about 10 years after having my first child. Consequently there is a 7 year gap between my first and second child. I am quite well these days, but still take an antidepressent and don't try to overload myself looking after everyone.

- Worked quite well, but side effects tiredness drove my mad. Used to be on 13 per day.

- Very difficult to do - lifetime practise

- Really helped me see the big picture and what was going on.
