  My friends from Tn were up this weekend so it was nice to have the support on Richards birthday. My son took all of us out to dinner on Richards birthday and we had a very nice time.

  All of us fibro people can only hope for a cure. With the alarming rate of this disease just maybe they will work on this harder! I would love to have just 50% of my life back. Hey the article on vit - D this is a real problem, my levels were a .7 severly low. I was put on 50 thousand units a wk plus drops once a day at 1000 each. I just had another blood test done 2 wks ago. I go back on the 18th. However I still dont feel very good.But maybe just a little bit better. You take care my friend!

  Thank you for your kindness. I am so sorry about the loss of your dear son. Reading about your story reminds me of much of what I have or am experiencing. I was diagnosed w/ FMS in 2004. Today am about 85% symptom free. Amino Acids (a form of protien that help with pain and depression) have been a life saver for me. Goggle "G.A.B.A" for one. Available in health food stores. Still use low dose mood stabelizer and antidepressant for BP2, but the serious clinical depression has lifted as well as the chronic fatigue and pain. Each day is a little more hopeful, though the pain of losing David is great. Somehow life must go on, am praying for a direction. I believe healing is possible.Hugs, Nafia

  How have you been? My client is done with school on Th and Fr and will be starting m-f for a few hours in the morning. I don't know my exact hours yet but don't want to add more hours. I hate driving in the snow and that is right around the corner. What have you been up to? Hugs, Inga

  The Soft Paws can be found online and the instructions are in the box. They come in many different colors. I chose red over clear because they are so easy to see if they have fallen off. It took 3 people do the job. It was stressful for all of us, especially the cats. If you don't want to do it yourself the groomer will do it for you. Good luck!
