I am 40, married, with one son of 11. I have had episodes of anxiety and depression in the past but had a biggy last September, which after 6 weeks of really bad times started to feel better from. Now back at work and trying to lead a normally life.
Married with 1 son (10). Suffering from anxiety and depression which has brought on insomnia. Was given a short period of sleeping pills but have now been told to stop so that I don't become to reliant on them. Get to sleep fine but wake up frequently during the night and struggle to get back to sleep.
Married 1 son (10). Suffering anxiety and depression. A lot of sleep disturbance, frequent waking.
My son has just turned 11. He is a normal 11 year old boy I guess, getting cheekier and more stroppy by the week. I suffer from anxiety and depression and sometimes don't know how to deal with him so I've come on here for some tips.
My mum was diagnosed with diabetes about 18 months ago. It has really scared her and she is quite an anxious person (like myself) and I wanted to be able to help her with some of her worries.
