Well I got the results from the Glucose tolerance test and I am borderline Diabetic.That's the badnews,the good news is we can stop it before it becomes fullblown Diabetes with medecine and diet and excercise.It was defenitely a wake-up call for me.I am really going to have to crack down on how much I eat and start eating better than what I have been eating.Plus I hvae a membership to thwe local community gym for a year which is also a good thing because now I can really exercise.I just need to get motivated.That is the hardest part of getting started.I figure once I get started on a schedule I won't have any problem staying on track.Well that is all for now.If anyone has any ideas about getting motivated please feel free to speak-up and share them.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
