I hope everyone had a Happy 4th of July.Mine was pretty quiet,until 9:30 when I went to see the fireworks.Unfortunately I cannot download anyof the photos of them because my camera phone is the wrong format.Well I have a busy week again.Tomorow I go for orientation at Voc.Rehab.,and then Wednesday I see my Dr.and get the results from the Glucose tolerance test,to find out if I need to take medicine for Diabetes or not.also in 17 days I will be getting my 1 year medallion at my A.A. meeting.I can't believe it has been a year since the last time I took a drink.Don't get me wrong,it has not been a picnic,I have had my ups and downs,and from what I have witnessed the first year is the hardest to overcome.Now it is a neverending journey,to be on for the rest of my life,because I know I will not be able to drink and control it anymore,so the best thing is abstinence.Well that is all for now.Stay Safe and Stay Sane
