Hi,I was diagnosed with ADDHD at an early age.Before they really knew what it was.I was on Ritalin for about 9 years then I was weaned offof it because it did not help,but all I was given to replace it was counseling till I got out of High school.Apparently I still suffer from it because I still have alot of the symptoms of it,like mood swings,difficulty concentrating,acting inappropiately,those of us that suffer from this know what I mean.So today I have made a conscious effort to do something
