I was in an MVA in Jan. 2006, my L foot was severed in the accident. After 5 unsucessful attempts to re-attach the foot, I have "elected" to have an amputation. The pain is extremely severe and the medication is so strong I am unable to do much more than lie in bed. As I mentioned, I have an 8 yr. old daughter and I miss so badly being the mother I once was to her.
Treatments
- Physical Therapy Not Working
- I was in physical therapy a total of 12 months before it became too painful to be beneficial.
