I"m definitely NOT getting into climbing shape.. I had a mt. bike accident on the 24th, dislocating my AC (shoulder) joint.. OUCH! I'm getting really sick of being worthless and wearing a sling. Probably the worst thing about this injury is that I can't pick up my daughter!
At least its my left shoulder that's injured, not my right.. or i'd be totally worthless.

Oh, wow, Josh-I am so sorry to hear about this. Make sure you take it easy with that and do everything the doc says-those shoulder injuries can be hard to heal and if you need to, get some PT on that shoulder too-might be a good idea to change goals, lol. You can sit on a sofa or bed and cuddle your baby just fine, I am sure. How about a new sport like channel surfing for the time being? Lol. Love & hugs, Robbin
