Support Groups
Close Ovarian Cancer
Hysterectomy Aug. of 1996 dx. stg 4 with mets to liver. Had chemo which was mostly taxol and a combo. Was given a bad prognosis then but- the chemo did its job. I am good today.I was 58 at the time of dx.
Treatments
- Chemotherapy Working / Worked
- First couple of treatments were tough but it got a little easier as time went on. Taxol was tough on the old body for sure.
- Taxotere Working / Worked
- Taxol Working / Worked
- As stated above.
