Was offcially diagnosed with PD when I was 45 but we really knew I had it since I was 43.
Had half of my thyroid removed in my early twenties and now have nodules showing in my left side. On Levothyroxine and hoping to keep surgery at bay
Had polio when I was about 18 months old, was in braces for a long time but lived through it and now have Parkinson's Disease and showing signs of post polio. Life could be worse.
Have had Asthma as long as I can remember, was always in and out of the hospital growing up - but now (cross my fingers) it looks like I may be able to stop my foradil and just stay on the pulmicort, singulair - and rescue inhaler - Albuterol - yeah me : )
Eat healthy, exercise daily (walking as far as possible, Wii fit, and exercise bike) - weight goes up and down - cannot seem to lose weight.
I am numb right now - and trying to put something in words is hard. Husband of 10 years made the choice to reconnect with around 4 old high school gf and have online and phone EAs. Yes, it went to the point of scheduling meetings before he was 'caught', final tally not in...
Too soon to tell but just cannot imagine living with a guy that looks you in the eye and lies over and over again
