Monday 90mins of cardio and weights.
Tuesay 60 minutes of yoga
Wednesday 90 minutes of weights and cardio
Thursday off
Friday jogged/walked a mile






I worked out Monday but the rest of the week I'm taking off for the holiday. I'll start back exercising next Monday. I'll have to work my butt off for the extra pound or two for over eating. That's okay! We all deserve it, we work so hard during the year and lets enjoy and be merry..Happy Thanksgiving! Hugs, Rebeka56
