Monday Took a jewellary making class instead so exercised my hands and mouth chatting to the other ladies! LOL
Tuesday One hour of Yoga
Wednesday One hour of cardio and weights followed by a brisk two-mile walk home from the gym as my car is at the mechanics.
Thursaday Jazzercise DVD, one hour of body sculpting with weights, tube and floor work
Friday One hour of cardio and weights at the gym
Saturday Missed belly dancing class as babysitter didn't show up
Sunday One hour of aqua aerobics.

I worked out Monday but the rest of the week I'm taking off for the holiday. I'll start back exercising next Monday. I'll have to work my butt off for the extra pound or two for over eating. That's okay! We all deserve it, we work so hard during the year and lets enjoy and be merry..Happy Thanksgiving! Hugs, Rebeka56
