I'm loosing all track of time here.. Lindamae and Mac are fabulous folk. I feel so welcome and at home. I can tell she had worked hard to make it cosy for me with roses in my room and everything to hand.. she is amazing to be so active and able so soon after her chemo. Her art work is every where around me and is truly accomplished.. the fish painting turned out great.. We went to her hospital for her neulasta shot soon after I arrived and met her doctor and the nurse.. It was as good as it gets there.. She looks really good too.. I noticed at the hosp how good her colour was compared to the other patients and I'm so delighted and relieved for her that she is doing so well..
We have so many experience and traits in our lives that run parallel.. I am no longer surprized about any of it.. but wonder how that can happen.. It is somethng special.. Yesterday was another great day.. we talk and potter.. talk and potter.. talk and potter.. and watched a brill Neal Young video and the debate on the t.v. plus some comedy.. The air is so fresh here and the view from the garden is beautiful.. Today we went to a shopping mall and I managed to buy just about all the gifts I need to go home with.. so that is great as I am rubbish at that sort of thing.. took some photos which I will post tomorrow..
She is a fabulous cook.. corn chowder.. blueberry pancakes... spring rolls.. to name but a few of her efforts.. great to learn some new recipies and ideas.. Gotta go and eat some chocolate cheesecake... Huge love to all xxx
