Hi Inca, I have been reading all you have written in the past week and cannot even fathom all that you have endured. Kudos to you for all the crap you have had to put up with. I will pray that you continue to get better. I am so glad your family has been there for you. I really believe that that is a big factor in our dealing with all that we do. I am really curious to hear what the Marsden Hosp. has to say about all you have been thru. Bless You and continue to feel better. Love Carol

Thank you so much !!! It is fantastic that you had such long remission. Hopefully this remission would be even longer...

Thanks Inka. I did relax for the most part. I did drop off an application at Dollar General yesterday, but they are not hiring at the location in my neighborhood. Today I may go to Target and to Pier One to apply. I am going to dinner up at My Son and DIL tonight and to see the Grandkids. They will lift my spirits. I hope you are feeling well today. Love and hugs, Anita

Hello Inka.....My computer was acting up also. I am so happy to hear you are out of that hospital and enjoying time at the girls house. I am sure you have some healing to do and I can't think of a better place to be pampered. Will try a chat later and so many loving healing hugs full of love!

    Thanks Hali,
Yes it's back but it's not cancer. It's an autoimmune that kinda replicates cancerous cells behind my eye. Wegener's Granulomatosis. Can only force it into remission with Cytoxan or other forms of chemo. Just sucks i finished a year of it in June and hoped I'd be in remission by Oct. 21rst. Oh well, god keeps testing me so I'm assuming I'm in for one hell of a prize at the end:-) thanks so much

Loved that entry...just read it to Mac and we laughed out loud!!!! My next chemo is Sept. 10th. It would be great if we were back in sync. My Doctor seems to think it is all up to me...my life, my choice. I guess this is why when I heard that Susan Wales mother (who is quite old!) is opting to continue with 9 more doses of chemo and so far from home. I would have to question a Doc who didn't see the quality of life issue more clearly. This is why I shopped around for the right fit when I left the first oncologist. (He surely didn't like anyone questioning his "plan"!) Oh well, some of us are just a bit more hard-headed than others. ha ha. Glad to see the real you here...not the drug enhanced version. I guess I am lucky that morphine makes me vomit. Hope that in the "end" they can give me something that is more mellow and an easy path to the other side! But I have miles to go before that. many hugs, I'm off to pack up the suitcase. take care, sweetie bug...lindamae

    Hi there,
Yes, I was supposed to have it last Thursday...but with this trip to Denver today I didn't want to be compromised. This stays in one's system an incredible amount of time anyway! Which is pretty dang annoying at times. I have had skin issues, eye pain, you name it, continuing on and on.
I am not complaining...just being real. Hope things are getting better for you.
    hugs and more, lindamae

Hello Inka. Thinking of you and hoping you are feeling better with every day. Also hoping you are transferred soon so you can get the lung lining procedure done. Sending loads of love from your family in Michigan! oxoxox
