Traveling in Canada is one of my favorites. About the only place I haven't been to in the way of major cities is Wpg. Shopping and out for coffee or lunch as well.

Not too much, basically hanging on for dear life with this wind that is blowing outside. Crazy wind. Goldilox should be getting out of Hosp. there, she did have the H1N1 virus and I was worried as she is not in good health to start with. Hope you are feeling better soon, I have had a sore throat and a cough for a couple of days but haven't been sick in 2 yrs so was due for something hope it passes and doesn't get worse as am prone to pneumonia. Have most of my xmas shopping done just one son and gf left to do so am happy about that. Take care and get well.

Support Groups
Close Depression
I am a young senior. Live in western Canada. I love to volunteer a couple days a week. Also do a workout down at the Y a couple days a week. Have family out here but they are always very busy. I have had anxiety and depression for years. At the moment my anxiety is very high and I'm up eating at night. I guess what I want is to just have a bit of support under this heavy cloud.
Treatments
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- My psychiatrist says my depression is situational. I need to make some changes in my life. That is very hard indeed. -
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- I love having my family. They are only to willing to pitch in and help. The trick is I need to reach out to them. They love me and I love them.
- Trazodone Working / Worked
- Some days are certainly better than others. So yes I guess its working along with visits to my psychiatrist
- Writing Working / Worked
- It certainly helps to put stuff in writing. Seems to make the load easier.
Close Eating Disorders
I have lived alone for many years. Have developed some very poor habits around eating. Also I'm binging during the night.
Open Tinnitus
I have had ringing in my ears for a couple years. I don't know I figure stress or sinus problems. Not had it diagnosed. Glad to find this group
