i've lost nine pounds since i started trying to lose weight. down two from when i started this goal on dailystrength. it's really hard because in ways it is easier for me to avoid food all together than eat in moderation. i am such a compulsive overeater. anytime we go out to eat i always overeat. so i can feel my mind wanting to give in to anorexic tendencies, but i'm trying hard not to give in to those. if i can just keep avoiding sweets and maybe incorporate some exercise i think the weight will come off. i still haven't started exercising, but i've found sugar free jello pudding is just as yummy as the regular stuff so i have been eating that when i have cravings for sweets. only 60 calories. plus diet coke and lots of water.
