Open Depression Supporters

Took meds for chronic pain and meds for depression the chronic pain made me more depress and I had suicidal thoughts we to hospital for 9 days then went to Emotional Health outpatient program for 4 weeks. It was what i needed now I go to support group twice a week and aa once a week. I'm addicted to pain meds and so I go to AA because I'm not able to go to NA in my town.I'm doing better right now.

Open Hiatal Hernia

Just had a endscope and colonscope on the 5th of May and found out I have acid reflux, raw in the lining of the esophagus and hiatal hernia. I haven't seen my regular doctor yet this is what the results of the scopes were and at the time I was still sort of out with the meds. I went in because of blood in my stool. No blood but the other stuff. I now have to see my doctor i guess and plan other stuff.
