Apparently, missing a week's worth of running in February is a bad idea. I got my long run in on Saturday, 8.5 miles. I feel better. But as we all know, "better" is a relative term. With mood disorders, one never knows where the "zero deviation" (0dev) mark is. Most folks would say "normal" rather than 0dev, but I don't think my normal is in the same place as the general population.
BTW, how do I delete that "goal update"? The stupid thing was completed almost 4 months ago.
