- The first 3 days are the worst, after that, it's a lifestyle change. I can see a difference and I feel better than ever.

- It was fun, but our trainer had no imagination and never changed the routines.

Open Diets & Weight Maintenance
After our first in vitro fertilization treatment failed, I knew I had to do something. I don't want to spend the money, have it fail again, then in the back of my mind, wonder if it was due to my weight. I started the 6 week body makeover and I really feel that I can stick with it.
