  I had my pizza last night but could only eat one peice..the pepperoni was so strong that I had heartburn all night long..plus I have put myself on Healthy eating habits as I want to be 60lbs lighter in 1yr..time..

  snowowl thank you for your words of encouragement. I do see a counselor but some times things are just more than i can handle. I did speak to her to let her know how i was feeling and she gave me something to do to get through the next few days until i see her on thursday. I just have a very hard time expressing and letting my anger out i keep it bottled up most of the time until i'm ready to explode.

  Snowowl thank you for the thought. I do get breaks from him. When he is home it is constant behavior management. I am a single parent. I was never married. My father when he was younger was his male influence. His father died when my son was five or twenty years ago. This is a blessing now otherwise I would constantly be fighting for adult support and this would be very difficult to get. I just keep going and someday maybe I won't go anymore. Thank you for letting me know you have the same clearing the throat cough. I thought I was the only one with this pain in the throat neccessity problem. Now that I know there is someone else with this problem I don't feel so alone. Marg

  It sounds like you've been having a really hard time with your health! I hope you figure out what the blackouts are all about soon- that must be really scary for you not knowing when you might drop again. Do they have anything to do with a drop in blood sugar? Anyway, just wanted to send you a hug!
