Hi This is my first time on the site but so far it looks pretty nice. I've been trying to lose my weight for about 3 weeks now and while i have my hard days i.e craving chinese foods etc i have not strayed at all, in fact i've been doing so good that i have already lost 12 pounds in these last 3 weeks. Brighter days , you sound just like me , i just want to be healthy thats it. Personally i need to lose around 100 pounds well now more like 90 pounds . What has been working for me is not having the extra " snacks" except for 1 apple in the afternoon and one apple after dinner, i have also cut out extra white starches bread basically . I also dont consume more than 1650 calories daily , which yes its not that easy when you're a big girl like me :-) And i cant stress this enough, i dont eat past 8 pm so that way it gives me enough time before i go to bed .
How is it going? We are more than half way through the first week! Hopefully it's been going fairly well for you so far..and if not, it's not too late to start afresh tomorrow morning!!Keep hanging in there!!
