      Free and highly available, with positive side effects.
      Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
      A difficult practice in such a negative culture. I often find myself estranged by those of opposing mindsets. Very difficult to deal with loved ones mistaking invalidation of negative feedback as hostility or judgement.
