Hello my name is Amira and I was diagnosed with lupus when I was 16. Its been in remission now for like 3 years now, and may god help me keep going into a long term remission inshalla. I have an older sister who was also diagnosed with lupus and is now just starting to respond to her treatments and may god help as well to achieve good health and put her lupus into remission ameen. I pretty much live my life trying my best to please the almighty God(allah swta), and live my life to its fullest. I feel that without faith I have nothing. Even if I was suffering grievly from my lupus......my faith is what keeps me goin.

Close Lupus
was diagnosed with lupus when I was 16 and I have been treating it and trying to keep it in remission ever since.
Treatments
- Cellcept Too Soon to Tell
- I basically have been losing some hair and my white blood cell goes down ever so often, but it is helping lupus stay in remission hopefully.
- Plaquenil Somewhat Helpful
- I use to use this and it made me really nautious
- Prednisone Working / Worked
- Makes me lose hair and my face gets chubby, but otherwise it help but it is only temporaly.
