I was diagnosed with Graves 4 years ago after the birth of my son in 2003. I am also a newlywed, after 5 years we finally decided to take the plunge! I recently have had RAI and am going through a varity of crazy symptoms!

This is wonderful news and I am very happy for you. I know I upset you with my post but I would rather make people aware to have that test. Your right the drugs make you very happy and to get a clean bill of health after you wake up is even better. Now you have a piece of mind you are fine and healthy and can enjoy life. I had seen similar symptoms in my husband. I would like to know what your upper Endo shows. After a year with no relief or help my husband got one done but by then it was too late he died 5 months later. This is something that must have early detection which you are getting. I am sure yours is nothing but I would like to know how you are doing and what they are going to do for you. Take care Finishline

The anxiety seemed to come on after the birth of my son 4 years ago. I was diagnosed with Graves disease which I believe played a huge part on my anxiety. It kinda comes and goes and right now it's back and I just hate to get back on meds if I dont have to!

- Seems to calm me down.

- Just started a couple weeks ago, feel like it's helping a bit already. No side effects.

I am currently about 30 pounds or so over weight. I joined Weight Watchers on 3/17/2008, so far so good!
