  I think when it omes to losing weight, we are wrapped in this thing of we have to keep losing weight but just maintaning weight and not putting on more is also good. aww thats cool. you will have to tell me how that goes. all day you will be thinking of food but when you eat, you will be surrised how quickly you get full up.....

  Thanks same with you too. Yeah its going well, the gym is great, being around people, getting fitter, its harder now that im fasting and cant drink water, so im just extra careful not to push myself too much, i use a wet towel to keep wiping my face, it helps.....how is the slimming thing going?
