Married since Dec. of 1986 (WOW)2 daughters just started college (18 and 21) I thought "empty nest" would kill me. NOT HAPPENING!! Love the freedom of having hubby all to myself. Love our girls, but know they are perfectly capable individuals.

you deserve it even more. you are so committed to people and i really am not. i'm the abstract type i guess. lol. but i'm pain-free i think that is why i always did well at sales. smooth and easy and pain free.
how is the stuff with your father's estate. wow. so much work!-

also tinted glasses/sunglasses and SLEEP/meditation. soooo important.

i had that just before starting college. it could be migraine and the doctors in usa weren't a help. in europe they helped a lot. tell her to try fiornal. that is what saved me. if they won't prescribe it, it is basically advil with caffeine and a trace of barbituate so she can make her own. tell her no aged cheese, no red wine and when cloudy weather is coming do the coffee and advil right away. you can ward off these awful things.
also i use one cup of coffee when i wake up and that staves off headache along with the no red wine no aged cheese as well. (HOWEVER, if you have more than one cup of coffee it can GIVE you a headache so be careful. she may be having caffeine headaches and then she has to lower the amount she takes in a little per day, like a withdrawal.)

- Yrs ago I was on prozac, but it deadend all life. Good , bad, ugly>>>didn't matter. Just made me less caring about EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE!
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- Tried this one to help quit smoking>>YIKES just lost all feelings UP or DOWN!!! No more for me!!
