Close Back Pain
I was hurt at work in 2003 and I herniated L4-L5 and L5-S1. I have had two surgeries and I am looking at a third one.
Treatments
- Chiropractic Adjustment Not Working
- Darvon Working / Worked
- no longer working
- Epidural Injection Working / Worked
- last one didnt help a bit
- Hydrocodone Working / Worked
- not working anymore.. miss the sleep I was able to get each night when on these.
- Physical Therapy Working / Worked
- Still going, no releif from pain but getting stronger
- Stretching Working / Worked
- my back does not feel as stiff.
- TENS Not Working
- I see no difference
