good morning my friend. just put my feet on the floor. noticed that i didn't cough much through the night. so thats sure good. before 8 o'clock and just waiting for my cfe.
have a cpl piles of laundry on the floor ready to go for today. my daughter called and I guess there is a couple bake/craft sales on in town. so that should be fun for tomorrow.

i have to have one every two years. it is nasty. i never did get clean i had inflamtions of the colon. i told the nurse when i got there and she said that it was ok. that the doctor had something that he could suck it out with.i am thinking about trying the pills.the nurse said to start a day before you are suppose to do it. than you would be able to rest some the night before.

I am on B12 because of my imune deficincey i have been taking it for seven months. i had white patches in my mouth. that was caused by stomach problems. the b12 has helped. but i still get tired.
