hi i had endo for four yrs ending up having histartomy now have irratable bowel for ten years the 4 yrs really bad past 6mths absolutly increadble pain
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Somewhat Helpful
- stopped drinking cows milk still going to the toliet 3-4 daily the pain isnt as bad
- Buscopan Somewhat Helpful
- worked for a littlr while
- High Fiber Diet Working / Worked
- Psyllium Working / Worked
- put me in hospial totally blocked up
