    • About Me

Hello my name is Charlie(Charlotte) I'm 31 I run a busy Hair and Beauty Salon I'm married and we have 4 children. I lost my mum recently and discovered this website whilst looking for something to help me. I'm kind, compassionate, open minded, confused and very sad x x x Since my mum died suddenly I'm finding it hard to really connect with anyone as they dont understand how I feel and as I'm the person with the responsability of a business and children and all the other things that come with that I dont feel able to show them all that I'm not coping very well x

So sorry to hear that you are having a difficult time with your daughter. I see you live in England, so you should be able to get your GP to refer her for some counselling. Also it sounds like you might benefit from some bereavement counselilng too, you sound very sad and overwhelmed at the sudden loss of your mother. Hugs, Jennie

Hey Lady! How are you doing today? I know that you have probably been having a hard time lately too, since the holidays are right around the corner. Let me know if you need to chat. I try to come out here daily, but sometimes I get a little swamped at work. Sending hugs your way! Desiree

Hi Charlie! Yes, I am doing ok. I had a bit of a tough time last week, but I am making it through. How are you doing? I know that you are having a hard time too and the holidays are coming and that is not going to be easy for either one of us, but we will make it through together. :0) Desiree

My mum died suddenly of cancer two years ago and left us devasted. I have two older brothers one of which my dad fell out with quite soon after my mum died,Three months ago my dad met up with an old nieghbour who my mum hated she moved in after eleven weeks and my dad has told us he wants nothing more to do with me or my family he's also now cut his ties with my other brother.
