I'm a family law attorney (a ltigator) who loves cooking and rubber stampin as well as reading and traveling . In 2001, I was diagnosed with severe rheumatoid arthritis. I'm managing and enjoying my life. I have the occasional bad days but generally, life is wonderful. I have my one story dream house that I am so happy in.My yellow lab (Buttercup - l2 years old and diabetic as well as one of the Alpo poisoned dogs) died 5/l/09 but I have two wonderful cats - Kit (my flamepoint rescue kitty) and Sofia - bought this blue burmese from a breeder only to discover she had liver issues (under control now). I love all them. I especially love my son, Alex, who has gone through his own struggles with anxiety/panic attacks and depression but is now holding his own and looking at going back to school.

Hello, all, I've been on this site for awhile. I was diagnosed in 200l and started really aggressive treatment. Prior to when I started Remicade, I couldn't walk or dress myself because my hands were so painful. Now, I am working fulltime but Remicade is affecting my liver so I had to switch to Humera. That didn't help either so on to Enbrel. Didn't help - on to Orencia which helps but gives me really nasty nausea (taking pills for that) Any input would be appreciated.
I have been separated from my husband for almost three years. He was emotionally abusive to both me and our son and I'm just getting over it. I have represented women with domestic violence issues. I couldn't see it in myself but now I can and now I can deal with it and get over it. I tell my friends that I dumped my husband and got a cat (Kit, my gorgeous rescue kitty) and I traded up.
