  Good Morning Liz, Just dropping by to say hello and let you know that I'm still around. Just been busy with work and enjoying the summer with family and friends. Did a quick read and you seem to be doing well. Have a wonderful weekend and hope to catch up soon. Oh and how did the pickles come out? Would love the receipe. :)

  thanks for your comment on the hot water dish towel I will have my daughter try that. I know when my legs cramp a wet hot wash cloth works good for me.

  Hi again dear friend!! Nice to see you back again on DS. I guess I also should try and get back into it again more myself. My computer just isn't working like it used to, too much crap in it I guess??? Takes way too long to get started up about 10minutes!!! It is as slow as I am lately!! lol Just also wanted to mention that I also have IBS and I have just started taking Lactulose, it is a liquid and I take 1 tablespoon twice a day and with lots of water and also senokot "s" and I have not been constipated at all very much as usual!! I still though have my bouts of the severe stomach pain with the bloating but at least I can go to the bathroom more now. Just wanted to let you know. I couldn't find the send a message on here tonite so that is why I am sending this info through hugs. I hope that you try this or at least talk to your Dr. about it, it sure is a god send for me!!
