I have to say that I did not use it long enough or consistently enough to tell. My dr. told me I should use it daily for the rest of my life and I could not get with that.

Close Physical & Emotional Abuse

I am a formerly (emotionally) abused father. I had a very difficult teenager. I am happy to say that God's grace has been sufficient and that the situation has turned out to be a bridge to extraordinary strength and maturity for me as I hav learned to forgive, love, have compassion and patience among other things.

This occurred in the form of my having to make different living arrangement for my son when he was 16. Toughest thing I every did but it saved us both from jail and the grave. The side effects have been a son and wife who still struggle to forgive me. I believe it was best for the family at the time though an agonizing catch-22.
