I am very happy to say that I have to date lost 38lbs and still going. I am feeling so much better and actually recognize my face in the mirror again! I am down a size and almost another. I have about 25-30 lbs more to go and I know I can do it now. I look forward to my life now and even am starting to believe I can make new friends and will one day have love again. It is amazing what is happening to me. I am getting stronger with every number I loose on the scale. It is a really good thing that I am doing for myself, now if I can just get to the place where I want to live and get out of this hell hole LRAR all will be right with the world.
