"anxious and counting the days dreading animalcontrol.still treating k's sickcats. 3 cats missing! Privacy is themost vital partofbeing alive"
3:44pm Sunday

got so fed up with the  door knob again, its falling into two pieces all the time now, that i spent part of the morning at home depot buying a replacement.  lol.  the man downstairs who is supposed to do all repairs should have done that A YEAR AGO.  i hope it fits properly.  nice suprise at home depot is that the card i have has not expired even though its pretty old.  (some of them do.  those "gift cards" are supposed to be a million dollar business because so many people just drop the card once the amount on it is under a couple of dollars and the card expires.  all of that unused money goes into the company's pocket.  like that grammar school fantasy of how if everyone in the country gave me JUST ONE DOLLAR i'd be a billionaire and everyone always thinks they are the only one to think of this...then you become an adult and discover sometimes banks are busted for doing just that.  skimming one dollar per month off of every customer of their's out there and putting all of that money in their own pocket.  big deal, you just made a billion dollars by being a thief.  can you DO anything else?  people who are professional thieves are thieves because they SUCK at everything else.  otherwise they wouldn't be wasting their lives learning to be a thief.)

went to k's after that to treat the animals.  i never got there last night because i started falling asleep while i was driving.  just tooo tired.  had this feeling of foreboding friday and saturday, and then cl called asking for money.  she says we didn't provide her with a health certificate for the animal so she is entitled to her money back, doesn't matter how many months she had the animal.  pretty weird.  so now i guess we will offer an optional health certificate which the customer will pay for (they cost around $50.00 or the customer will sign a waiver to it.  soooo assinine.  as health certificates are used for breeder animals which cost hundreds of dollars for EACH animal, not an animal being adopted and cost of spay and/or advantage/wormer being the only thing charged to the customer.   she wasn't actually CHARGED for the animal at all!!!  guess that will have to be in the new adoption agreement too?   we are WAAAAAY under the normal price of a pet, and the truth is, our fee is waaaaay less than the money expended to begin with.  cl also signed an adoption agreement which states we are not responsible after the "legal" two weeks and that animals can get sick or anything else.  moreover, the animal she returned is superhealthy and running around like a maniac over here.  i think that animal will do best in a house with many cats as it loves to play a lot.  it may have been bored at her house or just sensed cl wasn't pleased with it.  what a nasty woman, and that kitten is soooo beautiful, it looks like its smiling all the time.  lol.

since cl also returned another animal to someone else after a couple of months and didn't mention this until after she had already adopted...i have a feeling this is a pattern with her.  she seems to think everything is planned and we must be all-knowing with all of these creatures and on and on and i am wondering if she is bipolar or something because she is so extreme and paranoid and delusional.  dreading meeting up with her.  i told her i'd take care of it this week, but the truth is, i am mostly just doing that because of my blood pressure and her nuisance calls.  the whole thing is ridiculous and kind of scary really.  i can't handle stressors anymore without my blood pressure rising and the anxiety thing happening.

i really need to do what my step mother does, and just have a lawyer on retainer.  but then what if he sucks, then i'm paying a yearly retainer for a service that is kind of worthless.  really need to think about pre-paid legal though, because healthwise i can't handle much anymore, i'd rather THEY handle it.  and when something bad happens, healthwise, its too much of a roller coaster just FINDING a decent lawyer who will actually DO the job.  most of them, talk a lot.  they say one thing and then do nothing, forget, get nasty because they forgot....on and on.  its making me think back to the lawyers i've worked for and all the phone calls they dodge and really wonder about it.  some firms were meticulous, but plenty of them are not/were not.  everything in me just wants to walk away when shit happens, because its not worth having a heart attack over any amount of money.  guess that is what judges mean, when they talk about not wanting a defendant/petitioner/respondant to lose heart.  its the roller coaster of the whole thing, and its affect on your health.  all of those corrupt people are actually predators and parasites.  they depend on corruption as their way of making money.  disgusting.

so odd, as twenty years ago i'd have enjoyed a good fight.  lol.  but by the 90's i already, didn't want to be bothered unless i had to be.  everything in life is honor code anyway, because of the amount of corruption out there.  you either do the right thing because it is the right thing, or you don't.  what is amazing is that some people claim to not know what the right thing IS???  some lawyers who have evidence stolen, in order to win a case, that isn't really "winning" at all.  i think the reason "raising the bar" is on at eleven o'clock now, and will probably be cancelled is because it let's the public know about all the corruption in the legal system, "missing evidence", "altered transcript", "stolen files" on and on and on.  if too many people find this out, then what?  close down all the court houses?  well maybe.  lol.  that will save money.  if the system is corrupted anyway, why bother having courthouses?  like the bit on paying fines, same amount paid by everyone, how about make it a percentage of annual salary paid for a fine, like they do in scandinavia?  everything should be done on percentage basis to keep it fair and just and have the proper effect.  if you make a billion per year and pay $100.00 for a ticket to the court, you don't feel anything at all.  if you paid 2 million for that ticket, as a person on full time minimum wage is paying 50 percent of their weekly take home, when they pay the flat $100.00, the lesson is learned and you will definitely FEEL it.  though it will get messed up because of bribes, no matter what.  the "system" any system, group, business etc., is only as good as the people in there.  a lot of people are evil.

sunny brisk day, i wore shorts all weekend.  no trick or treaters at all last night anywhere.  everyone was hiding their cats/animals in fear, but so far all is well, (until all the sick stories come out).  others claim people weren't out because of fear of swine flu, especially kids.  its verrrry quiet out there today, even at the beach.  was kind of like that last night as well and everyone was commenting on it.  all my joints hurt so i guess it is going to rain.

finally received the stuff from the travel agent on the west tours and hawaii, didn't look at it yet.  it took two weeks to get it???  jf and krn came by with goulash, they make it over mashed potatoes instead of noodles.  tasted more like stew.  crt was at k's as well this morning, he punctured his foot on a nail sticking up in the carpet at k's and went to the emergency room the other night.  was waiting for him to say he was going to sue k, like an asshole, but it would match up with this week.  its 30 miles from pascagoula to mobile, alabama.  and 60 miles from pensacola to mobile alabama.  real estate is cheapest around pensacola and mobile.  which was a big surprise, pascagoula, mississippi was pricier.  mobile is the biggest city of those three, with the most to offer.  all three cities are located on the mississippi sound/gulf of mexico.  and baton rouge and new orleans also look to be close enough for short vacations, just as south florida and georgia are from here.  totally different flavor and life i bet.  pretty cool.  lol.  k says that area gets 30 days of frost and we only get 2 or 3 of frost here and to keep that in mind, because i barely tolerate cold weather here.  i panic from it.

k says a contraindication of one of the eye ointments is blindness. so now he thinks the cornea ruptured on the cat because of allergy. this came up because the other kitty with the similar eye, is pretty much all better. no ill effects really, just a small fog. really wish i knew what was going on.

put the doorknob on today, monday, 11/2. resent doing it. i don't like doing repairs and the whole point of NOT being in charge is someone else does all the repair crap!!! i'm really sick. kv is also upping the electric by using the side of the dryer that never goes off, even with signs on it NOT TO USE THAT SIDE. then he keeps opening the window with a sign on it, not to used the window the lever is broke, and he opens it anyway and says he didn't see a sign (IT WAS TAPED TO THE LEVER!!!!!) HE HAD to move the sign to open it. he opens windows and doors WITH THE HEAT OR A/C on. another person i will not miss at all.
