I've decided to journal today. It's starting to look like spring here. The weather has been great. Son's baseball has started up again and I am enjoying his games once again. It's good to get out and smell the freshly cut grass and hear the crack of the bats. I've been feeling good and am looking forward to anything that comes my way. I am greatful for being sober today.

Been sleeping alot. Maybe it's just the weather change. Not complaining though. I guess its time to kick myself in the butt before I go too far down.

nothing wrong with sleeping ,i never slept for years well ,when i was driking ,but i was good at passing out ,NOW TODAY I SLEEP WELL AT NITE AND EVEV NOD IN THE DAY ,BUT WHEN I WAKE UP I KNOW WHERE I HAVE BEEN AND WITH WHOME ,AND A DAY AT A TIME I AM SOBER XXXX
