The groups I have joined on here pretty much say it all! I recently lost both of my parents to cancer, suffer from anxiety, and have been overweight my entire life. I am so glad I cam across this website! The people here have been amazing so far!

Type: Loss of a ParentI lost both of my parents to lung cancer within three days of each other just a few weeks ago. They had been divorced for 38 years- my Mom died the morning if my Dad's funeral- same city, same funeral home. Their obituaries were in the same paper on the same day. I t has been really really hard.
Treatments
- Crying Somewhat Helpful
- Keeping Busy Somewhat Helpful
- School started the week after the funeral- has kept me busy.
- Reading Somewhat Helpful
- Am reading many bereavement books.
- Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
- My bf is very supportive as are my two brothers.
Close Financial Challenges
I have been helping my Mom for years with her bills, which was fine until I sought a divorce two years ago. My income decreaed by half and my bills did not decrease at all. My credit cards are maxed, I have two mortgages, and even though my Mom died recently and I no longer have that expense, (I'd much rather have her back) my finances are in a shambles.

My boyfriend and I live together in my house. We have been together for a year and a half and have lived together for a little over a year. e are both in our 40s. I have been married and divorced once; he has never been married. We have some issues we are dealing with.

Type of allergy: Allergic RhinitisAllergies are getting worse as I get older. I get shots every month and am allergic to almost everything I was tested for. I also have a dog and 2 cats though am allergic to them as well!
Treatments
- Allergy Shots Working / Worked
- Seems to work to some extent. My allergies produce tight sinuses, not sneezing etc. Is somewhat improved.
- Zyrtec Working / Worked
- Works ok.

He is in denial! No sex in a year.
