I am on disability now. For my knees and depression. Someone, please tell me how to manage on a decreased income! I applied for feed stamps and TANF ( temporary aid for needy families). I have also applied for an apartment through the housinf authority that will accomodate my needs. I was told by the housing authority interviewer that since I have to walk permanently with a cane, my disability will make the process quicker. Right now, my landlord is being super nice and forgiving the money that I owe him for August but I have to leave by the first of September. I thnk God for such a good man. I just need to know from the folks here who are living on disablilty, how do you make ends meet?
