Close Fibromyalgia

I was just recently diagnosed but i have been living with the pain and fatigue for quite a long time. It has completely taken over my life.I Have no energy so my family is suffering. Especialy my kids. i cant play fo more than 5 minutes before i have to sit down. and bending over to give baths kills me. my husband works full time so i dont get much help there. the just end up in front of the tv most the time and it kills meto see i always said id never be that kind of mom

to help me sleep at night worked for a while then got to the point where it wasnt strong enough

tried it for a while but culdnt take it all the time
