Interests
I really like gardening and trying to use permacultue principles as much as I can in my daily life. I'm very interested in learning more about what mkes me bipolar what trickers me off. I know stress does it to me when I'm in a depressive episode but can't work it out when I'm manic which I seem to get more than depressive episode.

- Lithium Working / Worked
- Had bad Tremors on high dose 1250 mgs per day so was reduced to 1000 mgs per day the tremors have reduced a fair bit, they were terrible sometimes I found it hard to write, drink, eat, and do general daily tasks. I was at the police station getting police check done and I couldn't sign my name very well which was really ignoring I had 3 goes at it.
- Tegretol Working / Worked
- Tegratol is for Epilepsey
- Zoloft Somewhat Helpful
- Seems to be working, but a little tied sometimes
