I have had CFS for 6 years diagnosed nearly 4 yrs ago. I am a free lance trainer living in wales. I have always been a very active person and find CFS difficult to cope with mentally and emotionally. CFS has caused a rocket of emotions, quite often causeing me to cry for no apparent reason.

Allergic rhinitis huh? Ugh....you can take meds to dry up your sinuses, like Claritan, etc...but I think mostly it comes with the weather change!! Hope you feel better....just don't get the swing flu, ok? ok!

Close Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
5 yrs ago I became ill with flu. One day it was so bad despite having an almost perfect sick record all my working life i called into work sick. I was told by my manager there was noone to cover and i would have to go in. That was the beginning i never really recovered. I got better but my energy levels never got back to how it was. 3 yrs ago it began again and now i have had to change my lifestyle and my job.

Close Brain Injury
My father has a brain injury he is under a wonderful specialist brain injury team that are fantastic. He is alot better since he began therapy. He is much improved but still has problems such as remebering the words and cannot do cross words anymore and has difficulty reading books. I am very interested in learning about how brain injury affects different parts of the brain
Treatments
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Working / Worked
- my father has come a long way since beggining this treatment. He has finished the course and although still not 100% and probably never will be he is much improved
Open Dyslexia
my brother suffers from dyslexia.
Open Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML)
