I have started my exercises today!!!!! This time i am going to start slow cuz i get bored with doing the same exercises over and over, and this time in a week say, i will pull out different exercise videos to work with as well.
Oh and before i forget, i only need to lose 93 more pounds!!!! I hope and pray that this can be an inspiration to someone. God bless.
