As bad as I wanted to wait until Friday to weigh myself again, i just couldn't. It paid off!!!!! i lost 5 pounds; granted it was the same 5 pounds i just put back on, but it has made my day!!!! I am still working on my goals, and "little treats" that i am supposed to reward myself with, but everything i want is expensive, so it is taking me some time on working out my rewards plan.

I now only have about 93 pounds to go to get to my ultimate  weight goal. With the holidays almost over, i will be able to dig out my exercise equipment again, and really get down down to some serious business. It's just about rollercoaster and swimsuit time!!!!!
