weighed in today, still 228. i really really miss my treadmill. i can't believe i walked the walking belt until it shredded!!!!! i miss walking sooooo much.

    Okay! No more treadmill at this time, checkout your cable local channels to see if they offer any Senior Exercise Classes. I found one on our TV when I had to quit the YMCA. I love it and it helps me to workout morning stiffness from my arthritis pain and to get me moving for the day. Another plus; I'm very comfy, I do not have to dress out for it like I do for the YMCA. Do not give up there are other ways to lose weight. Congratulation's you have lose 80% of your goal weight is awesome. Smile!
