Close Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS and also have IBS. I am currently looking into ways to change my lifestyle to ease my symptoms and start feeling like i'm alive again!
Treatments
- Oral Contraceptives Working / Worked
- Haven't been taking it long, some nausea to start with, but other than that seems ok so far!
Close Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
I was diagnosed with IBS about a year ago, i had a major emotional trauma going on in my life at the time which made all my symptoms rocket out of nowhere!
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- I think its working, its just a hassle trying to narrow down all the foods that aggrevate you!
- Spasmonal Working / Worked
- Seems to work ok, i only take it now and then when i need it!
Open Sexual Abuse
Myself and my sister were sexually abused by my mum's partner as we were growing up. It has now all come out in the open and we are all due in court next month thanks to my sister having the courage to speak about it.
