I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. I need about 400 hours to take my test to become a licensed MFT. I was raised in Northern Calif. and Utah, yet I had mostly been living in Southern Cal since 1990. While visiting family, I met my boyfriend and so I moved back to Utah a year ago to live with him. He has great twin 17 year old boys that we spend a lot of time with. Fortunately his boys and I get along great and they often come to me for advise!

I love Nature, particularly the ocean & mountains. I enjoy outdoor sports like skiing, snowboarding, rollerblading and water skiing. I also love yoga and Qigong as well as reading and writing.

Close Parenting Teenagers (12-18)
I live with my boyfriend and he has idential twin boys who are 17 years old. They are Juniors in high school and they are great kids. Unfortunately, they have a mother with Borderline Personality Disorder, which is a VERY difficult personality disorder to have to deal with, let alone for kids.
Treatments
- Education (School) Too Soon to Tell
- The boys know their mother is "not normal" and they know she needs help. We communicate with them and try to teach them how to set boundaries.
